I know how hard the first step can be. It takes immense courage and vulnerability, but you are not alone.

Here’s my story. My hope is that this is a conversation starter to more intimate conversations that you share with me here, that you discover inside yourself, and create deeper connections with loved ones and new friends together.

Not only will I be sharing my own story, but I will also share what I have learned on my journey to wellbeing, and practical ways to apply my realizations to the journey you are facing.
